STAR Nova-After School Enrichment
STAR Education is a company that is contracted by LAUSD to provide after school care and enrichment services to Riverside Drive Charter School. STAR Education is a fee-based program for interested parents to sign up. Please read the information below to learn more about the STAR Education Program.
NOVA is STAR Education's single subject focused enrichment courses that are scheduled for one hour, once a week and usually run for 8 week sessions. STAR has 4 NOVA sessions throughout the year and the classes offered generally stay consistent, but we try to bring something new to the school based on parent/student interest. STAR offers a variety of classes such as cooking, dance, minecraft, soccer, basketball, art, fashion, music, chess, eco station and etc.
NOVA Session 1 classes will be announced in August 2019.
